Tricycle

Also known as the Trike, it is one of the most common forms of transport, the Tricycle can carry up to 5 passengers (or more, if they push it). It has 2 modes: Regular, which would wait for all 5 passengers, and Special, which would cater to only you and your companions for a much higher price.

HOW TO RIDE A TRICYCLE (REGULAR)

STEP 1

The waiting game

Get on the tricycle and wait for it to fill up. This usually means 2-3 people inside the cart and 2 people behind the driver.

STEP 2

Para po!!

Tell the driver "Para po” (Please Stop) when you are near or at your destination.

STEP 3

Fork it over

Pay once you get off. Don’t forget to slip in a “Thank you”!

HOW TO RIDE A TRICYCLE (SPECIAL)

STEP 1

All by myself

Tell the driver your destination beforehand. ‘Special’ tricycles will only ferry you and your companions so no need to wait!

STEP 2

Directions please!

Board your tricycle. Give directional instructions as needed.

STEP 3

Pay up

Pay once you get off. Don’t forget to slip in a “Thank you”!
