EJeep
An E-Jeep works very much like a regular jeep. However, it is electricity powered so it runs smoother, quieter and a bit slower than regular diesel powered jeeps. Featured in this guide is the Comet E-jeep but most of them work in a similar fashion.
HOW TO RIDE AN EJEEP (COMET)
STEP 1
Beep!
The Comet E-Jeep’s pay system is through a reloadable card. You can buy this from their booth at the terminal or from the conductor.
STEP 2
Prepaid!
The card comes with a set amount of load which you can reload at a booth at the terminals. Do so if your balance will not be enough.
TIP 1
Raise it up!
E-Jeeps work like regular jeeps, you can hail them down at certain locations and stop nearly anywhere.
STEP 3
Tap in
Tap your card against the censor at the entrance of the E-Jeep, get on and find a seat.
STEP 4
Tap out
Tell the conductor when you’re near your stop. Tap your card again at the censor before getting down to deduct the proper amount from your card.
